How to use it
Lay the crystals out in the room you are clearing. Light your sage or flower bundle until it gives off a steady thread of smoke, then use your dominant hand to wave the smoke outward through the room or around your body, moving clockwise. Open a window — the smoke needs somewhere to go, and that is the cleansing part. Once the space is cleared, light the engraved palo santo stick and carry it through the room while you say your intention or affirmation out loud.

Is it safe to burn indoors?
Burn it in a well-ventilated room with a window open, over a fireproof dish, and never leave it unattended. Keep smoke away from anyone with respiratory sensitivities and from pets and birds.
How long does a bundle last?
A bundle is used a little at a time — light it, let it smoulder, then extinguish it in sand or a fireproof dish. Most people get many sessions from one.
Can I use just the crystals?
Yes. Selenite and clear quartz can be carried or placed on a desk or nightstand between ceremonies.
Is this suitable for a complete beginner?
