Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United States. Our personal ritual services are delivered digitally by email and are available worldwide.

Processing time

Orders are prepared within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or U.S. holidays begin processing on the next business day.

Delivery time

Once shipped, most orders arrive within 3–8 business days. You receive tracking information by email as soon as your parcel is on its way.

Several parcels for one order

Our range comes from a number of small makers and specialist partners. If your order contains items from more than one of them, it may arrive in separate parcels on different days — each with its own tracking. Nothing is missing; the rest is on its way.

Shipping cost

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address and the contents of your order. You always see the exact amount before you pay.

Ritual services

The Personal Ritual, Made to Measure is delivered as a PDF by email, within 24 to 48 hours after your answers reach us. Ritual by a Master's Hand is scheduled for a fitting moment; the report and voice message are sent once the working is complete. Neither requires physical shipping.

Wrong address

Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us immediately at 28@templeofdesire.com — we can usually correct it before dispatch. Parcels returned to us because of an incorrect address can be reshipped at your cost.

Delays

Carrier delays, weather and holiday traffic occasionally push delivery beyond the usual window. If your parcel has not moved for several days, write to us and we will chase it for you.
