These terms apply to your use of templeofdesire.com and to every order placed here. The store is operated by Temple of Desire LLC, 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States.
1. Who may order
You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. By ordering you confirm that you are.
2. Products and descriptions
We describe our products as accurately as we can, including materials and origin. Many items are handmade or natural, so colour, grain, size and scent can vary from piece to piece. That variation is part of the product, not a defect.
3. Prices and payment
All prices are in U.S. dollars and exclude shipping unless stated otherwise. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout. We may change prices at any time, but never after you have placed an order. Payment is due at checkout.
4. Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send your order confirmation. We may decline an order — for example if an item is out of stock, a price was displayed incorrectly, or we suspect fraud — and will refund you in full if that happens.
5. Ritual services
Our personal ritual services are performed or written by Leif Daniel personally. Please read carefully:
- They are offered for personal and spiritual purposes. No specific outcome is promised or guaranteed.
- They are not medical, psychological, legal or financial advice, and are no substitute for professional care. If you are unwell or in crisis, please seek qualified help.
- We do not perform work intended to harm, coerce or override the free will of another person, and we may decline any request at our discretion.
- What you share with us stays confidential and is never published or used as an example.
- Cancellation and refund conditions are set out in our Refund Policy.
6. Nature of our products
Incense, candles, crystals, herbs and ritual tools are sold as spiritual and decorative items. Statements about traditional uses describe cultural and historical practice; they are not claims of medical or therapeutic effect and have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
7. Safe use
Never leave burning candles or incense unattended. Keep flames away from children, animals and anything flammable, and burn only in a heat-proof holder in a ventilated room. Consumables are not food unless expressly labelled as such. You use our products at your own risk.

9. Intellectual property
All texts, photographs, graphics, articles and designs on this site belong to Temple of Desire LLC unless marked otherwise. You may not copy, republish or use them commercially without our written permission. Rituals written for you are for your personal use and may not be resold or published.
10. Accounts
If you create an account, keep your password to yourself. Tell us at once if you believe someone else has access to it.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
13. Changes
We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published here when you place your order.
