A strand of prismatic glass circling the waist — saturated neons, soft opals, and jewel-box brights, each one catching and fracturing the light differently. Designed to sit low.
Built from 1960s dead-stock glass stones, sourced and reassembled, on an oxidized silver finish. It measures 40" with an extender and is handcrafted in Germany in small batches. Nickel-free and hypoallergenic.

How to use it
- Wear it over, not under. A waist chain hidden by fabric is an expensive private joke — over a slip, a low waistband, or bare skin is where it works.
- Sit it low, at the hip line rather than the natural waist. That is the drape it was drawn for.
- Use the extender to set the fall, then leave it — repeated adjusting is what wears a closure out.
- Put it on before outerwear and take it off before sleeping.
Choosing across the Punk Rocks family
| Piece | Where it sits | Finish | Length |
|---|---|---|---|
| Layering Bracelet | Wrist, made for stacking | Oxidized silver | 6.5"–8", adjustable |
| Fang Layering Choker | Throat, fang-shaped stones | 18k gold finish | 16"–18.5", adjustable |
| Paint Pot Layering Choker | Throat, strung between crystals | 18k gold finish | 16"–18.5", adjustable |
| Paint Pot Waist Chain | Low at the waist | Oxidized silver | 40" with extender |
✨ Temple Tip — low, not cinched
Waist chains fail when they are worn at the natural waist like a belt. Dropped to the hip line the strand curves rather than encircles, and the stones sit at the angle that actually catches light when you move. Loose is correct here.
The same dead-stock glass worn higher: the Paint Pot Layering Bracelet at the wrist and the Paint Pot Layering Choker at the throat. The full range is in Spiritual Jewelry.
Questions we get asked
How long is it?
Can I wear it over clothing?
Are the stones vintage?
Is it comfortable to sit down in?
Does it match the Punk Rocks chokers?
Care & safety: Nickel-free and hypoallergenic. Store flat and away from damp; remove before swimming, showering, sleeping, or applying perfume and hairspray. Plated and oxidized finishes are surface finishes and will soften with wear — that patina is expected rather than a fault. Wipe with a dry soft cloth only; no polishes or dips. Natural stone and vintage glass vary piece to piece. A decorative object — no outcome is promised, and nothing here is medical, legal, or financial advice.
