How to use it
- Settle it into your palm and rest your thumb in the indentation.
- Move your thumb back and forth across the surface, slowly, in time with your breath.

What is a Comfort Stone?
Comfort Stones — also called Thumb Stones or Worry Stones — are smooth, oval stones with a slight indentation, made to be held in the palm and rubbed with the thumb. The repetitive motion is naturally calming and meditative.
Can I put Selenite in water?
Please do not. Selenite is water-soluble — contact with water will damage the surface over time. Keep your Comfort Stone dry and cleanse it with smoke or intention instead.
Does Selenite need cleansing?
No. Selenite is one of the few crystals that continuously clears and purifies its own energy, which is also why it is used to cleanse other stones.
Will my stone look exactly like the photo?
Each piece is hand-selected with care and intention by one of our Crystal Caretakers. You will receive ONE (1) piece, chosen for you — similar in size and energy to what is pictured, but naturally its own in color and patterning.
