How to use it
Stir a 2 g serving into hot water, coffee, or — our preference — a cup of ceremonial cacao. The extract dissolves readily and does not need to be brewed.

Lion's mane is the mildest tasting of the range, which makes it the one to start with if you have tried mushroom extracts before and disliked the flavour. In cacao it more or less disappears.
