How to use it

Diffuse it. Add 3–6 drops to a water diffuser and let the room change character around you.

Citrus oils are the first to fade in a blend and the first to lift a mood. Add sweet orange at the end, and add it again halfway through a long evening rather than doubling the dose at the start.

Is this oil pure or diluted?
It is 100% pure, undiluted and certified organic essential oil — nothing added, nothing stretched.
Can I put it directly on my skin?
Undiluted essential oils are concentrated. Blend a drop into a carrier oil such as jojoba, sweet almond or fractionated coconut before any skin contact, and patch-test first.
How do I use it in a diffuser?
Three to six drops in a standard water diffuser is plenty for an average room. Start low — you can always add another drop.
How should I store it?
Cap it tightly and keep it upright in a cool, dark cupboard, away from sunlight and heat. Treated well, a pure oil keeps its character for a long time.
