Seven discs, seven days. The whole idea of this box is that a cleansing practice you do once, dramatically, after something goes wrong is worth less than one you do every morning without thinking about it — and seven discs in a row is a structure that makes the second kind possible.

Each box is built around a theme, with the herb blend to match: Spiritual on sandalwood and yagra, Protection on myrrh and benzoin, Love on rose and lavender, and an Assorted box that moves through a different blend each day. The charcoal stays lit for roughly twenty minutes after the herbs have burned off.
