How to use it
-
One disc a day, same time each day. The box is a week-long structure, not seven separate burns.
-
Heat-proof burner or a bowl of sand — these burn hot all the way through.
-
Light the edge and let it take across the surface before setting it down.
-
Open a window before you light. Smoke cleansing produces a great deal of smoke.
-
Let it burn out and cool fully before emptying. Never leave it unattended.

✨ Temple Tip — the week is the product, not the disc
Any single charcoal disc is unremarkable. Seven of them in a row, at the same hour, is a genuinely different thing — the practice starts running itself somewhere around day four. If you have tried to build a daily ritual and lost it by Wednesday, a box with exactly seven things in it removes the decision that usually kills it.
Questions we get asked
How long does one disc burn?
The herbs burn off first, and the charcoal then stays lit for roughly twenty minutes afterwards.
Which box should I buy first?
The Assorted box if you do not know the range yet — it moves through a different blend each day and tells you which theme you actually reach for.
Do I need a burner?
A heat-proof burner or a bowl of sand. Nothing wooden, painted or thin-walled.
Is it very smoky?
Yes. Smoke cleansing produces significant smoke during burning — ventilate, and begin your practice away from smoke detectors.
Can I return it?
No. Incense is a consumable and this item is non-returnable. If something arrives damaged, write to us and we will make it right.
Burn safely: Always burn in a heat-proof holder on a stable, non-flammable surface, in a well-ventilated room. Never leave a burning stick, bomb or disk unattended. Keep away from children, pets, curtains and anything that catches. Smoke-cleansing products give off a lot of smoke — start away from smoke detectors. Store dry and out of direct sun. A ritual object, not a remedy: traditional associations described here are traditions of association, not claims of physical or psychological effect, and nothing here is medical advice.
Seven discs. Seven mornings. One habit. #TempleOfDesire
