How to Use It

- Choose your size honestly: pick the one you will pick up, not the one that photographs best.
- Hold it in both palms and let it warm. Amethyst starts cold and takes a few minutes.
- Turn it slowly and follow a single chevron band all the way around until it returns to where it started.
- Notice that you stopped thinking about anything else somewhere in the middle. That is the whole exercise.
- Set it down, and dust the polish with a soft dry cloth when needed.
