How to use it
Whisk a teaspoon of the blend with warm water until it is smooth and there are no clumps left on the base of the bowl or cup. That step matters more than any other — matcha that has not been properly dispersed will taste thin no matter what you add next.

Whisk with warm water — not boiling. Water straight off the boil scorches fine matcha and pulls out a bitterness that no amount of milk will hide. Let the kettle stand for a minute or two first, and the strawberry stays sweet instead of sharp.

It is the grade Morning Made state for this matcha: the leaf tier intended for drinking straight rather than for baking or blending into smoothies. Theirs comes from a family-owned farm in Uji, Japan, certified organic and pesticide free.
Is it very sweet?
It is naturally sweetened, and Morning Made describe the balance as sweetness against notes of freshly picked strawberries. If you prefer it drier, make it with hot water instead of milk — milk rounds the sweetness up.
Is it suitable for a vegan or gluten-free diet?
Morning Made list the blend as organic, vegan-friendly, gluten-free and dairy-free. As always, check the packaging on arrival if you have a serious allergy.
Does it contain caffeine?
