How to use it
Lay the bowls in a shallow arc in front of where you sit, largest to smallest, with the ones you will use most within easy reach. You want to move between them without leaning or looking.
Build, do not jump. Open with a single bowl and let it settle. Bring in the second only once the first has found its sustain, and layer from there. Two bowls sounding together are already a chord; four at once is usually more than a room can absorb.
Close the way you opened — back down to one bowl, then silence. Leave at least a minute of quiet before anyone moves. The silence after is part of the session, not the end of it.

Is this enough to run a sound bath?
