How to use it
Whisk the powder into a little warm water until smooth, then pour over cold milk and ice. Mango is a bright, high note and it holds better cold — served hot, much of the fruit character cooks off.
Oat milk suits it particularly well. Keep the tin sealed and cool, and keep wet spoons away from the powder.

✨ Temple Tip
Build it in layers. Ice first, then cold milk, then the whisked mango matcha poured slowly over the back of a spoon — it sits on top as a clean green band over the white and only mixes when you want it to.
