How to use it
Sift or spoon your matcha into the cup first, add a small amount of warm water, then submerge the whisk head fully before switching it on. Starting it above the liquid is how you end up wearing the drink.
Move it in small circles just under the surface for ten to fifteen seconds, until the foam turns fine and even rather than bubbly. Rinse the head immediately, wipe with a damp cloth and stand it upright. Use brand new AA batteries — a weak battery is almost always the reason a frother stops producing proper foam.
