Not everyone wants to fill a one-bedroom flat with the smoke of a full sage bundle. That is the gap this fills: white sage in stick form, eight to a pack, so a cleansing takes four minutes and one room instead of an afternoon and an open window policy.

Made in India by Mystic Spirits and offered in assorted scents, it gives you the herb note that people actually reach for smudge for, at a fraction of the smoke volume. Keep a pack in the drawer and the practice stops being an event you plan and becomes something you simply do.

At a Glance

  • White sage smudge incense
  • 8 sticks per pack
  • Assorted scents
  • Made in India
  • Far less smoke than a full sage bundle
  • Small enough to keep in a drawer or travel bag

How to Use It

Smudging is a walk, not a burn. The stick is just what makes the walk visible.

  1. Open a window a couple of inches first. Smoke needs somewhere to go or it just relocates.
  2. Light one stick, let it flame briefly, then blow it out so it smoulders.
  3. Set it in a heatproof holder or shell and carry that around the edges of the room, corners included.
  4. Say what you are clearing — out loud, even quietly. It keeps you honest about why you started.
  5. Return the stick to its holder on a stable surface and let it burn out. Never leave it unattended.

When People Reach For It

Moment Why
Moving into a new place The most common use, by a distance
After illness or argument Marking a line between before and after
Before ritual or meditation Clearing the space you are about to work in
Weekly reset Eight sticks lasts roughly two months at once a week

✨ Temple Tip

Walk the room anticlockwise on the way out and clockwise on the way back in. The direction matters less than the fact that you did two passes — one to clear, one to fill. Most people only ever do the first and wonder why the room feels empty afterwards.
