Seven sticks, seven scents, one per chakra — which sounds like a gimmick until you have actually used it as a structure. Working up the body one stick at a time over seven days gives a practice a shape, and a shape is most of what a home practice is missing.
The blends are the classical ritual materials: sandalwood, lavender, copal, rosemary, palo santo, myrrh and roses. Natural ingredients, made for meditation, yoga or a daily sit, and sold as a set so the whole sequence arrives at once.
At a glance
- Seven sticks, one per chakra
- Classical ritual materials — sandalwood, lavender, copal, rosemary, palo santo, myrrh, roses
- Made for meditation, yoga and daily ritual
- Sold as a variety set — the full sequence in one box
- Conscious packing — orders may arrive in reused shipping boxes and locally recycled paper
How to use it
- One stick a day, in order. Seven days, root to crown or crown to root — pick a direction and keep it.
- Heat-proof holder, stable surface, ventilated room.
- Light it at the same hour each day. The sequence only works as a sequence.
- Note which one you resist. That is usually the interesting day.
- Extinguish in sand rather than burning each stick out — a set lasts far longer that way.
The maker's chakra and scent pairings

| Third Eye | Lavender |
| Throat | Copal |
| Heart | Rosemary |
| Solar Plexus | Palo Santo |
| Sacral | Myrrh |
| Root | Roses |
✨ Temple Tip — the pairings are this maker's, not universal
Different traditions assign different scents to different chakras — you will find roses at the heart in one source and at the root in another. This set uses the maker's own mapping, printed on the box. Use it as given rather than trying to reconcile it with a chart from somewhere else; consistency matters more than orthodoxy here.
Questions we get asked
How many sticks are in the box?
Which end do I start from?
Can I burn them out of order?
Can I put one out and relight it?
Can I return it?
Burn safely: Always burn in a heat-proof holder on a stable, non-flammable surface, in a well-ventilated room. Never leave a burning stick, bomb or disk unattended. Keep away from children, pets, curtains and anything that catches. Smoke-cleansing products give off a lot of smoke — start away from smoke detectors. Store dry and out of direct sun. A ritual object, not a remedy: traditional associations described here are traditions of association, not claims of physical or psychological effect, and nothing here is medical advice.
