How to use it
Chop or weigh out your serving, then melt it into roughly 6–8 oz of hot — not boiling — water. Boiling water scorches cacao and turns it bitter.
Whisk properly. A hand frother or a small whisk for thirty seconds is what separates a smooth, emulsified cup from a gritty one. Add honey, a pinch of salt or chilli if you want; it needs none of them.
Drink it early. The 1 oz single-serve boxes are made for travel — one sachet, one cup, no scale required.
Start with a smaller serving than the packaging suggests for your first few cups and work upward. Cacao is best met gradually.

What is ceremonial cacao?
Whole cacao bean, minimally processed, with the natural cacao butter left in — unlike cocoa powder, which has most of the fat removed. It is prepared as a drink rather than eaten.
How much do I use per cup?
Most people work in the range of 20–42 g depending on how strong they like it. Start at the lower end and adjust over your first week.
Does it contain caffeine?
Cacao contains theobromine and a small amount of naturally occurring caffeine. It is noticeably different from coffee — most people find it steadier — but it is not caffeine-free.
Can I drink it every day?
Many people do. If you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication or managing a health condition, talk to your doctor before adding any herbal blend to your routine.
How do I store it?
