Collection: Clarity & Intuition
Two opposite errands under one heading. Clarity is sold here as a material — fluorite, clear quartz, sodalite, apatite. Intuition is sold as an image — the psychic cat, the all-seeing eye, the High Priestess, the planchette. In short: 31 pieces name clarity, 20 name intuition, and exactly one candle claims both — decide which you came for.

Clarity or intuition: the one decision this page is built around
Fifty-two pieces, gathered out of eight different parts of the shop — pocket and comfort stones, incense, a smudge bundle, seven-day candles, refillable oil lamps, spell kits, two rings, a carved skull, a coloring book and a bag of ceremonial cacao. They have one thing in common: they are bought for what the mind is doing. Prices run from $1.95 to $367.95.
They also split cleanly in two, and the split is the useful part. Thirty-one of these pieces name clarity, focus or insight. Twenty name intuition, divination or the third eye. Exactly one carries a word from both lists — the $13.95 Spiritual Clarity 7-Day Candle, which is sold for “focus & divination” and is the only bridge on the page. Everything else asks you to pick a side. Arriving with the wrong one of the two is the single most common way to waste money here, so the rest of this guide is about telling them apart.
Clarity is sold as a material. Intuition is sold as an image.
Look at what each half is actually made of and the pattern is hard to miss. The clarity half runs on minerals you can see into or read: fluorite banded green into violet, clear quartz, blue apatite, sodalite, and a chevron amethyst whose growth layers are literally legible across the surface. The intuition half runs on figures and symbols: a psychic cat, an all-seeing-eye pyramid, the High Priestess and the Moon from the tarot, two planchette rings, a third-eye kit. Twelve of the twenty intuition pieces are a picture rather than a stone; only four are stones at all. To sharpen thinking the catalog hands you a rock. To open perception it hands you an image.
That is worth knowing before you buy, because the two halves fail differently. A stone is inert — you carry it, you hold it, nothing further is asked of you. An image is a prompt, and a prompt only does something if you work with it. If you want the lowest-effort purchase on this page, take a stone. If you want something that will structure a practice, take a kit or a candle. For what the shapes themselves are for, crystal shapes explained covers tumbled, point, tower and sphere in one place; real vs. treated crystals covers what you are actually paying for.
Fluorite is the house stone of clarity — and the one that needs care
Six of the seven fluorite pieces in the entire shop sit on this page: a $6.95 comfort stone (currently sold out), a $14.95 Rainbow Fluorite Point, the $17.95 Cleansing Stone, a $38.95 Green Fluorite Necklace, a $73.95 Purple Fluorite Skull and a $79.95 Fluorite Dodecahedron. Same mineral from end to end, so the factor of twelve between cheapest and dearest buys form and size, not grade. (The seventh is a 20.4 kg Elmwood cluster that lives in Fine & Collector Minerals and costs more than everything else on this page combined.)
Fluorite is also the softest thing you are likely to buy here, and nobody mentions it at the till. It sits at 4 on the Mohs scale — quartz is 7, and a steel key is around 6. Three consequences follow, and they are the same three whichever fluorite piece you take home:
- Keep it away from your keys. A fluorite point loose in a bag with keys or coins will pick up scratches within weeks. Store it apart from harder stones, not in the same pouch as your quartz.
- No long soaks, and no salt. A quick rinse is fine; soaking is not, and salt is the classic way to ruin a soft stone's polish. Which crystals cannot go in water explains why the usual “Mohs above 6” rule of thumb is not the whole story.
- Keep it out of a sunny window. Fluorite's purples and blues are UV-sensitive and will pale over months of direct sun — which is also true of every amethyst piece on this page. Which crystals fade in sunlight has the full list.
Moonlight, selenite or sound are the safe ways to reset one; both how to cleanse crystals and how to charge crystals assume you own something soft and say so. Intuition has no equivalent anchor stone — it is spread thin across labradorite, two moonstones and amethyst, with no single mineral carrying it, which is exactly why that half of the page leans on images instead.
Where each half actually starts
On the clarity side, the honest entry is now the $6.95 Sodalite Comfort Stone — a flat oval with a shallow thumb indentation, described for people who overthink and second-guess themselves, and the piece you can hold with one hand while the other keeps working. The $6.95 Clear Quartz Comfort Stone is the same shape and the same price in the general-purpose version. Below that, $1.95 buys a bag of tiger eye pebbles, but read those as grid stones rather than as a pocket piece — how to make a crystal grid explains what they are for. The fluorite comfort stone that used to be the obvious first recommendation is out of stock; the $14.95 fluorite point is the in-stock way to get the same mineral.
On the intuition side, the entry is the $15.95 Inner Eye Intuition Spell Kit: a blue chime candle, charoite, blue lotus and step-by-step instructions, which means it arrives as a complete first ritual rather than as an object you have to invent a practice around. It is also the only product in the whole shop that names the third eye. If you want the idea before the object, how to open your third eye and the third eye chakra explained are the two background pieces, and psychic shielding is the one people wish they had read first.
Both entries land under sixteen dollars, which is the point: it is a cheap way to find out whether the practice suits you before you spend $73.95 on a carved skull.
The trap in the middle: two trios, one word, opposite methods
One maker sells both readings of “clarity” at the same price, and it catches people out. LOGOS offers an Air Trio — Gemini, Aquarius, Libra — described for clarity, and a Water Trio — Scorpio, Pisces, Cancer — described for emotional clarity. Identical three-candle format, identical $75.95 for the 3 oz size, identical refillable bio-fuel construction, identical 10–15 hour burn per candle.
They are not interchangeable. Air is about the distance between what you mean and what you manage to say; the maker recommends it for journaling, planning and difficult emails. Water is about listening inward, and is the quietest set LOGOS makes. Same shelf, same price, opposite direction. Decide which one you want before you decide what to spend — and note that the size you pick applies to all three candles, so the step from 3 oz to 12 oz is $75.95 to $189.95. The rest of the range sits in Oil Candle Trios and Oil Candles.
What to burn, and when
The burning half of this page is small but specific. The $7.95 Rosemary, Pampas Plume & White Sage bundle is the only smudge stick in the shop sold for clarity rather than for cleansing — rosemary is the herb doing that work, and rosemary spiritually covers why. If you have never burned one, how to burn a smudge stick is four minutes well spent; white sage, honestly is worth reading before you buy any sage at all.
For incense there are two, and they are opposites: $26.95 Lemon Tao is bright citrus for a working morning, $57.95 Yagra is earthy resin for a room you want to settle. In a small apartment, read burning incense in an apartment first — smoke detectors are the usual problem, and it is cheaper to know that before the purchase than after. Holders live in Incense Burners & Holders, and how to choose an incense burner sorts the types.
The $13.95 seven-day candle — the one product that claims both errands — is the long-form option: it burns for days rather than an evening, and it leaves evidence. How to read a 7-day candle covers soot, wax and burn time, and how to dress a candle with oil is the step most people skip. More of them in 7-Day Vigil Candles.
The intuition half, piece by piece
Because it runs on images, this half is easier to describe by what each image is for.
- Tarot figures. The Moon and The High Priestess both appear as $43.95 candle spell kits. They are the two most-asked-about cards in the deck for exactly this subject — all 22 major arcana explained gives you the readings the kits assume you already have.
- The planchette. Two rings, the $108.95 rainbow moonstone planchette ring in size 8 and the $182.95 gold vermeil planchette ring in sizes 6 to 10, both built on the pointer from a spirit board. The $76.99 sterling silver version of the second ring is listed but sold out in every size and stone, so $182.95 is the real entry price for that design. They are talismans, not tools — the shop sells no board to go with them. More in Rings & Earrings.
- The eye. The $29.95 All Seeing Eye Pyramid in labradorite and obsidian, plus the $22.95 beeswax all-seeing-eye pyramid candle of the same motif, one of six in Beeswax Spell Candles.
- The animal. The $22.95 beeswax psychic cat candle, which is the cheapest way into this half if you would rather burn something than wear it.
- Divination proper. The actual tools are not on this page. A $12.95 stone pendulum, a $23.95 chakra pendulum and the $19.95 Black Obsidian Scrying Mirror sit next door in Runes, Pendulums & Scrying Tools, and the decks in Tarot, Books & Divination. If you are heading that way, how to prepare for a tarot reading and how to make a black scrying mirror are the two practical guides, and geomancy is the one nobody expects.
Every piece on the page, by what it asks of you
The two halves above explain the choice. This is the shelf itself — all forty-eight buyable pieces, sorted by the kind of object rather than by the errand, because that is what decides whether it fits your week.
- Carry it — nine pocket pieces, $1.95 to $14.95, the cheapest way in. On the clarity side: sodalite and clear quartz comfort stones at $6.95, the tourmalinated quartz comfort stone at $6.95 (currently out of stock) with its black rutile needles through clear quartz, blue tiger eye tumbled at $4.95, yellow aragonite at $6.95, the large clear quartz tumbled stone at $8.95 and the $1.95 bag of tiger eye pebbles. On the intuition side there are only three, which is the split in miniature: labradorite comfort stone at $6.95, amethyst and multi-color moonstone tumbled at $4.95, plus the $14.95 amethyst palm stone if you want something with weight. The fluorite comfort stone, the blue apatite and the selenite tumbled stone are the three listed-but-sold-out pieces named further down.
- Burn it — the largest group, and the one where the two halves are easiest to tell apart. Smoke first: the $7.95 rosemary, pampas plume and white sage bundle, $26.95 Lemon Tao and $57.95 Yagra incense. Then wax, in three price steps. At $22.95 the beeswax spell candles, all intuition except one: psychic cat, all-seeing-eye pyramid, and the Cancer, Pisces and Scorpio zodiac candles — against the single clarity piece, the Virgo candle for focus. At $28.95 two crystal candles built on a stone rather than a sign: blue kyanite for clarity and communication, and rainbow moonstone, unscented, for intuition. The $13.95 Spiritual Clarity 7-Day Candle is the long-burn option and the one bridge between the halves.
- Refill it — six single LOGOS oil candles at $25.95 for 3 oz, $37.95 for 6 oz and $63.95 for 12 oz, plus the two trios. Clarity: Virgo, Capricorn and Saturn, the last being the discipline candle rather than the thinking one. Intuition: The Moon, Pisces and Cancer. The Air and Water trios from $75.95 are the same candles sold in threes, and the trap described above. Nothing here is thrown away when it runs out; you buy fuel, not a new candle.
- Work with it — four kits and a booster, $15.95 to $51.95, for people who would rather be told what to do. The $15.95 Inner Eye Intuition Spell Kit is the entry. Above it the $43.95 High Priestess and Moon kits build a working around a tarot card, and the $51.95 Seven Knob Candle Spell Kit stretches one intention across seven evenings — one knob a night, which is the most structured thing on the page. The $33.95 Intuition Booster Pack is the odd one: it is not a kit but an addition to a kit you already own, so it is the wrong first purchase and a sensible second.
- Keep it — the pieces bought by eye, $12.95 to $367.95. The $73.95 purple fluorite skull and $79.95 fluorite dodecahedron, the $14.95 rainbow fluorite point and $17.95 Cleansing Stone, the $29.95 all-seeing-eye pyramid, and two spheres that are the largest things here: lapis lazuli at $153.95 and chevron amethyst from $49.95 to $367.95 depending on size. The $12.95 pocket brass statues belong here too — the smallest altar object in the shop, and the only figure on this page that is not a candle.
- Wear it, drink it, color it — five pieces that fit nowhere above. The $38.95 green fluorite necklace is the cheapest way to keep the house stone on you all day. The two planchette rings are talismans rather than tools: rainbow moonstone at $108.95 in size 8 only, and the gold vermeil planchette ring at $182.95 in sizes 6 to 10. The $29.95 bag of Thriving Tanzania ceremonial cacao is sold for focus rather than for the usual heart reading. And the $15.95 animal mandala coloring book is the only thing on the page that asks for an hour rather than a minute, and the only one that costs nothing to use twice.
Honestly named: what this page does not have
Four pieces on this page are currently sold out even though they still appear: the $6.95 fluorite comfort stone, the $6.95 blue apatite tumbled stone, the $6.95 tourmalinated quartz comfort stone and the $4.95 selenite tumbled stone. All four sit on the clarity side, which thins that half more than the product count suggests — forty-eight of the fifty-two pieces here are actually buyable today.
Beyond that, three gaps are worth naming before you go looking. There is no study or desk range here — no bookends, no desk organizer, no study candle; the closest thing is a $6.95 comfort stone and a $15.95 mandala coloring book. There is no spirit board to go with the two planchette rings, and no board anywhere in the shop. And the dream pieces are not on this page — the two mugwort smudge bundles, the Neptune dreamwork oil candle and the blue lotus body oil are all real products, but they sit under Smudge Sticks & Sage, Oil Candles and Body & Anointing Oils rather than here, because the shop files dreaming under sleep and not under intuition.
The one bag of ceremonial cacao on this page, the $29.95 Thriving Tanzania, is sold for focus rather than for the usual heart-opening reading — what ceremonial cacao actually is and how to hold a cacao ceremony at home explain the difference between that and hot chocolate before you spend $29.95 on it.
Nothing on this page treats a condition, sharpens an IQ or predicts anything. These are traditional practices and well-made objects. What they reliably do is mark an occasion and give attention somewhere to settle — and spiritual bypassing is the honest companion piece for anyone about to buy their way out of a decision rather than make it.
Frequently asked questions
What is the difference between a clarity crystal and an intuition crystal?
Clarity is about seeing what is already in front of you more sharply — concentration, study, a decision you keep circling. Intuition is about perceiving what is not visible — divination, dream work, inner knowing. On this page the two almost never mix: thirty-one pieces name clarity, focus or insight, twenty name intuition or the third eye, and exactly one product carries a word from both lists, the $13.95 Spiritual Clarity 7-Day Candle. In materials the split is just as clean — clarity is sold as stone, intuition is sold as image.
What is the best crystal for focus and studying?
Fluorite is the traditional choice and the one this catalog leans on hardest, with six of the shop's seven fluorite pieces gathered here. The comfort stone version is sold out at the moment, so the in-stock route to the same mineral is the $14.95 Rainbow Fluorite Point or the $17.95 Cleansing Stone. Sodalite is the other classic desk stone — kept for logical work and for people who second-guess themselves — and the $6.95 Sodalite Comfort Stone is the cheapest in-stock piece on the clarity side. Clear quartz is the general-purpose alternative when you do not want to commit to a specialty.
Can fluorite go in water, and will it fade in sunlight?
A quick rinse is fine; a long soak is not, and salt water is the reliable way to dull the polish. Fluorite sits at 4 on the Mohs scale — softer than quartz at 7, softer than a steel key — so it also scratches easily and should be stored away from harder stones rather than loose in a bag with keys. Sunlight is the other risk: fluorite's purples and blues are UV-sensitive and pale over months in a bright window, and the same is true of every amethyst piece on this page. Moonlight, a selenite plate or sound are the safe ways to reset one.
Why are the intuition pieces mostly candles, kits and jewelry rather than stones?
Because that is how the shop stocks it, and it is a real pattern rather than an accident of sorting. Twelve of the twenty intuition pieces are a figure or a symbol — the psychic cat candle, the all-seeing-eye pyramid, the High Priestess and Moon tarot kits, the two planchette rings. Only four are stones. Clarity reverses this completely and is almost all mineral. The practical consequence is that the intuition half asks more of you: a stone works by being carried, an image works only if you do something with it.
What is the difference between the Air Trio and the Water Trio?
Both are sets of three refillable LOGOS zodiac oil candles, both start at $75.95 for the 3 oz size, and both use the word clarity, which is exactly why people buy the wrong one. The Air Trio is Gemini, Aquarius and Libra, built around thought and speech — the maker recommends it for journaling, planning and difficult emails. The Water Trio is Scorpio, Pisces and Cancer, built around emotional clarity and listening inward, and is the quietest set they make. Same price, opposite method. The size you choose applies to all three candles, so a trio runs $75.95 at 3 oz and $189.95 at 12 oz.
If I only buy one thing, where should I start?
For clarity, the $6.95 Sodalite Comfort Stone — flat, palm-sized, shaped for the thumb and cheap enough to lose. For intuition, the $15.95 Inner Eye Intuition Spell Kit, because it arrives as a complete first ritual — candle, stone, flower and instructions — rather than an object you have to build a practice around. Both land under sixteen dollars, which makes either a low-cost way to find out whether this suits you before you spend $73.95 on a carved skull.
Does this page have anything for opening the third eye?
One product names it directly: the $15.95 Inner Eye Intuition Spell Kit, built around a blue chime candle aligned with the third eye chakra, charoite and blue lotus. Beyond that the third eye shows up as imagery rather than as a labeled product — the all-seeing-eye pyramid, the planchette rings, the psychic cat candle. The dream pieces are a separate matter: two mugwort smudge bundles, a Neptune dreamwork oil candle and a blue lotus body oil all exist in this shop, but they sit in other collections, because dreaming is filed here under sleep rather than under intuition. For the background before the object, the magazine covers both how to open your third eye and what the Ajna chakra actually is.
Will any of this make me more intuitive or more focused?
No, and nothing here claims it will. These are traditional practices and well-made objects, not instruments with a measurable effect. What a candle, a kit or a stone reliably does is mark an occasion and give attention somewhere to settle, and many people find the structure itself is the part that helps. Nothing on this page makes a medical or psychological claim, and none of it is a substitute for sleep, study or professional advice.
