- If you prefer to hold it, rest it in the palm with the tip past your fingertips and let your hand close loosely.
- Look at one band rather than the whole stone. Follow it from base to tip and back.
- Do that for the length of about ten slow breaths. That is the whole practice.
- Rinse under cool water, dry immediately, and keep it away from heat — fluorite dislikes both hot water and sudden temperature changes.
