Polished stones all look the same. A raw one does not — and that is the whole argument for this necklace. The fluorite arrives with its own edges, its own cloudy interior, its own soft sea-green that shifts depending on how the light hits it.
Hand-wrapped in gold-toned wire and hung from a delicate chain, the setting stays deliberately minimal so the crystal keeps the attention. Because each stone is cut by nothing but geology, no two necklaces are the same piece — expect variation in shape, size, and depth of color.
At a glance
- Raw green fluorite — uncut and unpolished, with natural translucence
- Hand-wrapped in gold-toned wire
- Delicate chain — light enough to layer, distinct enough to wear alone
- Every piece is unique — organic edges and subtle natural variation are the point, not a flaw
- Associated with clarity, balance, and renewal in contemporary crystal practice
How to use it
- Layer it or let it stand alone. The minimal wire work means it sits comfortably under a longer chain, but the raw stone carries a neckline on its own.
- Wear it as a reminder, not a charm. A stone you touch at your sternum during a hard meeting is doing the same job a breath does.
- Take it off for water. Showers, pools, and the sea are hard on wire wraps and on the softer faces of a raw stone.
- Clean it dry. A soft cloth is enough. Skip ultrasonic cleaners and household chemicals entirely.
- Store it flat and separate so the chain does not tangle and the raw edges do not scratch other pieces.
✨ Temple Tip — look at it in daylight before you decide what color it is
Fluorite is a shape-shifter under different light. A stone that reads pale grey-green under a kitchen bulb will often open into a clear sea-green at a window. Take yours outside once — most people are surprised by the piece they actually bought.
Questions we get asked
Will my necklace look exactly like the photograph?
Is fluorite a fragile stone?
What is green fluorite associated with?
How do I clean it?
Can I wear it every day?
Care & safety: Not a toy — keep small pieces away from children. Remove before swimming, showering, or sleeping. Crystal associations described here are cultural tradition and are not claims about health, healing, or any physical or psychological effect.
Fluorite is soft enough that cleaning it wrongly leaves marks — how to cleanse crystals without ruining them is the short version. More pendants in Necklaces & Malas, more raw stone in Crystals & Stones.
One stone, left as it was found, worn where you will actually see it. #TempleOfDesire
