Why the last attempt fell flat

Grief takes the hands. Exhaustion takes the concentration. And sometimes the situation is exactly the one you cannot stand in the middle of — the person who left, the illness in the family, the year that will not turn.

04 — You hear from me afterwards
A written report of what was done and why — and a personal voice message from me. Not an anonymous “Done.” You will know what happened, in my voice.
One honest note about the clock. I write from Germany, so I will not always answer within the minute — there are six to nine hours between us. What I can promise is that it is me answering, every time, in writing and by voice message, and that a call is possible whenever our hours overlap. You are not getting a support queue.
