Relaxation Box — Lavender or Protection Box — Sage
-
4 incense sticks (40–50 min burn each)
-

-
3 smudge bombs (about 30 min each)
-
1 smudge stick — multiple burns
- Also available as one of each, two boxes
How to use it
-
Match the format to the time you have. A smudge bomb for thirty minutes, a stick for forty-five, a disk for the full hour, the smudge stick for a walk-through.
-
Start away from smoke detectors. These produce significant smoke while burning. Pick your room accordingly and open a window first.
-
Use the smudge stick for movement. It is the format built to be carried room to room; the rest are built to sit.
-
Heat-proof vessel for bombs and disks. Sand or ash in the base, on a surface that will not scorch. These burn hotter than sticks.
-
Sage to clear, lavender to settle. Protection first if the space feels off, relaxation after.

✨ Temple Tip — the smudge stick outlasts everything else
Sticks, bombs and disks are single-use; the smudge stick relights many times over. Treat it as the piece that stays after the box is spent, and use the rest more freely than you would otherwise.
Questions we get asked
Which box should I get?
Sage if you are clearing a space — a new flat, after an argument, after illness. Lavender if you are settling one — sleep, wind-down, a bath. The two-box option covers both.
What is a smudge bomb?
A compact, self-contained burn — roughly thirty minutes of cleansing smoke from a single piece. It is the shortest format in the box and the easiest one to start with.
How much smoke should I expect?
A generous amount — that is the point of a smoke cleanse. Open a window, start in a well-ventilated room and begin your practice away from smoke detectors.
What do I burn it in?
A heat-proof incense holder with an ash catcher, on a stable non-flammable surface. Never leave a burning stick unattended, and keep it clear of curtains, drafts and anything that can catch.
Can I return it?
This item is non-returnable. Because it is a burnable, hand-made good, it cannot be restocked once it leaves us — so read the scent notes carefully before you choose, and reach out first if you are unsure.
California Proposition 65 warning: Burning incense produces combustion by-products. Use in a well-ventilated space.

Where this sits: on our Bath & Body shelf inside Sacred Smoke & Cleansing. The kits hold smudge sticks and bombs, so our Smudge Sticks & Sage shelf is the natural next stop — and first read how to burn a smudge stick properly.
