A basic candle spell kit gives you one candle, a few herbs and a single oil. The Optimism Candle Spell Booster Pack is what you add when that is not enough. Add it to any Parlour of Wonders candle spell kit when the intention is right but the mood around it has gone flat. It layers joie de vivre and a hopeful outlook into a working you have already started, turning a simple candle spell into multi-dimensional ritual work.

Inside are four hand-poured yellow beeswax thick taper candles, an extra consecrated oil, additional sacred herbs, premium glass glitter, a tumbled gemstone and a petition paper — ritual elements that a basic kit does not include. Add it to any of our Candle Spell Kits, or browse the full range of Candle Spell Booster Packs to stack several intentions at once.

At a glance

  • Adds: joy, hope and an optimistic outlook
  • Four yellow beeswax thick taper candles — hand-poured from 100% pure beeswax with lead-free cotton wicks, fragrance-free
  • Joie De Vivre oil — infused with real botanicals and essential oils
  • Two ritual herbs and botanicals — ethically sourced
  • A tumbled gemstone — keep it as a talisman after the spell is done
  • Real glass glitter in gold — earth-safe, premium quality
  • A premium petition paper and complete step-by-step instructions
  • Designed as an add-on — this is a booster, not a stand-alone kit

What a booster pack adds to a basic kit

Element Basic candle spell kit With this booster pack
Candles One figural spell candle Plus four yellow beeswax thick tapers
Oil One spiritual oil Plus Joie De Vivre oil
Herbs Three herbs Plus two more ritual herbs and botanicals
Crystal Not included One tumbled gemstone
Glass glitter Not included Real glass glitter in gold
Petition paper Included A second premium petition paper

How to use it

Set up your candle spell kit as usual: cleanse your space, write your petition, dress your main candle and lay out your herbs.

Dress the four yellow taper candles with the Joie De Vivre oil, working from the base toward the tip, then set them around your main candle so that they frame the working.

Sprinkle the additional herbs and the glass glitter around the base of the candles, and place the tumbled gemstone where it can sit undisturbed for the whole spell.

Light the tapers alongside your main candle and speak your intention aloud. Burn the candles daily while it is safe to do so until they are finished, then keep the gemstone as a talisman. Full written instructions are included.

Common pairings: happiness and new-beginnings kits, success and achievement work, healing rituals and gratitude spells.

✨ Temple Tip

Yellow and gold are the brightest combination in the booster range. Light these tapers in the morning rather than at night if you can — working joy magic in daylight is a small ritual choice that many practitioners swear by.

Questions & answers

Can I use this booster pack on its own?

It is built as an add-on. The four tapers, oil, herbs, crystal and glitter are meant to be layered onto a candle spell kit you are already working, which is where the extra depth comes from. You can of course burn the tapers by themselves, but you will get more out of them as a booster.

Does it work with any candle spell kit?

Yes. Every booster pack is designed to layer onto any figural candle spell kit, whichever intention that kit carries.

Can I combine several booster packs in one spell?

You can. Practitioners often stack two or three boosters when a working needs more than one element — for example speed plus protection.

Is there anything I should know about burning the candles?

Never leave a burning candle unattended, keep it away from anything flammable, and burn it on a heat-safe surface out of reach of children and pets. The candles are 100% pure beeswax with lead-free cotton wicks and no added fragrance.

How fast does it ship?

Orders ship within 3 business days.
