The problem with starting a cacao practice is that you need five things and only know about two of them. This kit solves that: an elixir powder, a paste sampler, something to froth with, something to burn, and something to drink from.

It also lets you meet both formats at once — the ready-blended elixir and the raw ceremonial paste — which is the fastest way to work out which one suits how you actually spend a morning.

At a glance

  • Gentle Activation elixir powder, 8.4 oz tin — the house signature blend
  • 8 oz sampler of the monthly ceremonial cacao, in wafer form (Dominican Republic, Peruvian or Colombian)
  • A frother for blending cacao drinks smoothly
  • Two palo santo sticks
  • A copper cup to drink your ceremony from
  • Covers both formats — ready-blended elixir and raw ceremonial paste

How to use it

  • Start with the elixir. It is pre-blended, forgiving, and lets you find your strength before you handle the wafers.
  • Froth, do not stir. The frother is in the kit because it changes the texture completely.
  • Light the palo santo before you brew, not during — it marks the start of the sitting.
  • Burn palo santo in a well-ventilated room, in a heatproof dish, and never leave it unattended.
  • Rinse the copper cup by hand and dry it; copper does not want a dishwasher.
  • Then try the wafers shaved into hot water once the elixir feels familiar.

What is in the box

Item Detail

Ceremonial cacao sampler 8 oz of the monthly cacao in wafers — Dominican Republic, Peruvian or Colombian
Frother For blending cacao drinks
Palo santo Two sticks
Copper cup For the ceremony itself

✨ Temple Tip — the cup is not a gimmick

Drinking from something you only use for this is half of what makes a ritual a ritual. Keep the copper cup out of the everyday rotation — the moment it becomes the mug you also use for tea, the practice quietly stops being one.

In short

The Cacao Ceremony Starter Kit is a bundle from 3rd Eye Cacao for people beginning a cacao practice. It contains an 8.4 oz tin of Gentle Activation elixir powder, an 8 oz sampler of the monthly ceremonial cacao in wafer form (Dominican Republic, Peruvian or Colombian), a frother, two palo santo sticks and a copper cup.
