How to use it

Anoint sparingly — wrists, the heart center, the third eye — before meditation, mantra, or devotional practice. A drop is the dose.

How much should I use?
A drop. Anointing oils are used sparingly by design, and a half-ounce bottle used properly lasts through a long stretch of practice.
Can I use it in pregnancy?
It has not been tested for that, and clove and ginger oils are commonly cautioned against. Please ask a healthcare professional rather than taking a guess from a product page.
