How to use it
-
Soften the skin first with warm water or a warm cloth — a minute here is worth more than any product.
-
Work the bar into a lather directly on damp skin, or build it with a brush in a bowl.
-
Shave with the grain first, re-lathering before any second pass.
-
Rinse cool, pat dry, and stand the bar somewhere it can drain.

✨ Temple Tip
Let the lather sit on your face for thirty seconds before the first pass. Water is what actually softens hair — the lather's job is to hold that water against the skin long enough for it to work.
Questions we get asked
What makes it different from a normal bar?
It is cold-pressed to create a dense, luxurious lather that lets the razor glide smoothly, reducing nicks, scrapes and bumps.
What is it infused with?
White tea and ginger, which soothe skin and help prevent irritation.
Do I need a shaving brush?
No. You can lather it straight onto damp skin, though a brush will build a richer lather if you enjoy the ritual.
How big is the bar?
4.8 oz.
When will my order ship?
Ships within 3 business days.
One bar, no can, and a considerably better ten minutes at the sink. More in Spell Kits & Ritual Bath.
